【港大聲明隱瞞？】張達明：禁制令不限公共領域已發布內容　遺憾港大聲明未提及

    香港大學周五公布聲明，指港大已向法庭取得臨時禁制令，禁止外界發布、披露校委會錄音、議程及任何相關文件。港大法律學院首席講師張達明披露，原來臨時禁制令對已經進入香港的公共領域（PUBLIC DOMAIN）的資訊，有所豁免。張達明對於港大周五聲明未有提及這一點，感到「遺憾（unfortunate）」。
    張達明晚上在facebook指出，剛得到臨時禁制令的副本，指臨時禁制令對公共領域有所豁免。根據原文的寫法，臨時禁制令不適用於限制被告出版，交流或披露任何已經進入香港的公共領域的資訊。
    港大周五發出獲得臨時禁制令的聲明後，部份媒體刪除了有關李國章及紀文鳯兩名港大校委的會議錄音報道。

    PUBLIC DOMAIN

    For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this order shall prevent the defendent publishing, communicating or disclosing such of the information, or any part thereof, as was already in, or that thereafter comes into, the public domain in Hong Kong (other than as a result of breach of this Order or a breach of confidence or privacy)
