【大個唔做藝術家】美印字 tee 奇設計　劃去 artist 字詞被斥侮辱

    大個你想做咩？藝術家？No way!
    聖誕新年通常都是買禮物送人的時節，古今中外多如此。小除夕當日，藝術家 Kelly McKernan 上傳一張美國連鎖服裝品牌 Old Navy 的幼童印字 t-shirt 相片，上面寫著「YOUNG ASPIRING ARTIST」，唯 artist 一字中間加了一條橫線，以示刪除。消息在社交媒體發表不久，隨即獲得網民瘋傳。Old Navy 最終將 t-shirt 下架，但拒絕就該設計道歉。
    Kelly McKernan 上月 30 日，在 facebook 上載一張 Old Navy t-shirt 的相片。相片中的印字 t-shirt 設計，寫著「YOUNG ASPIRING ARTIST」。對，是刪去的，並以 astronaut 或者 president 取而代之。McKernan 在帖子上寫道，作為一個已為人母的職業藝術家，無法想像孩子穿上這款衣服，甚至用上「恥辱」(shame) 來形容。

    相片隨即在各大社交媒體瘋傳，不少業界人士都轉載支持 McKernan：

    當地媒體 Today 跟進報道，並向 Old Navy 要求回應。品牌發言人 Debbie Felix 回覆，重申 Old Navy 向來「嚴肅肩負對顧客的責任」，強調「從來沒有意圖攻擊任何人」，解釋該款 t-shirt 的設計是為了「開拓更寬闊的啟發」。雖然如此，Old Navy 表示願意回收該款產品，作為對坊間強烈反響的回應。
    Old Navy 設計惹火已非新事。去年年初，品牌推出幼兒「Boyfriend jeans」，引起兒童心理學家質疑，過早引入性別意識 (another unfortunate example of how sexualization is getting younger and younger)。
