被指性別歧視 波霸餐廳：會請男人

    美國「波霸餐廳（breastaurant）」Hooters即將抵港。餐廳的最大賣點是身穿窄身背心的性感女侍應「Hooters Girls」，令餐廳尚未抵港就引起熱議。然而外界質疑，餐廳若果只聘請女侍應，或有違《性別歧視條例》。今日餐廳回覆指，餐廳各崗位會同時聘請男性及女性。
    今日Hooters亞洲區副總裁大衛．鄧科姆（David Duncombe）回應《立場新聞》的查詢，澄清餐廳由廚房至侍應等不同工作崗位中都包括了男性及女性。公司又強調擁有一個多元的團隊是一個健康的發展方向：

    A restaurant has many areas of operation. Having a diversified team of men and women throughout the system, from culinary dedication to delivering the food and beverage table-side, is a healthy direction and creates a team of passionate staff who excel in the art of hospitality. This is what we look to achieve as we enter into each market.

    發言人又解釋，現時香港方面的招聘工作尚未正式展開。其中最引人注目的「Hooters Girls」，公司將會在下次來港考察時展開招聘。公司在未來亦會為餐廳尋找管理層。
