英女王：習近平訪英團「粗魯無禮」　接待任務是「運滯」

    國家主席習近平夫婦去年十月訪英，獲英女王高規格接待，但原來中方訪問團有不禮貌行徑，讓英女王至今難忘。英女王昨日出席一個宴會場合時，與一名倫敦警察廳指揮官，談論習夫婦之行，英女王得悉對方負責安排習夫婦行程時，即表示對方「運氣不好」（Bad Luck），又指中方人士對大使非常無禮。英女王的對話過程被拍下，成為各大英媒重點新聞。
    當地時間昨日，英女王出席一個為慶祝她九十大壽而舉辦的白金漢宮花園派對，與倫敦警察廳指揮官Lucy D'Orsi 碰頭。經王室宮務大臣介紹，女王得悉對方於去年十月，負責安排習近平夫婦訪問的保安事宜，即同情地說「Oh, bad luck.」，顯然對事件記憶猶新。
    該指揮官回應指，接待習近平夫婦訪問團令她很感為難（quite a testing time for me），特別提到一次在蘭切斯特宮的活動後，訪問團無視她本人及同場的英駐中大使吳百納 （Barbara Woodward）就轉身離開（they walked out on both of us），女王隨即提到，訪問團對大使非常粗魯無禮（very rude），但未知是否指習近平夫婦本人。
    該片段由英女王隨行攝影師 Peter Wilkinson 拍攝，與其他片段一同由白金漢宮發放予英國各大傳媒。
    去年10月19-23日，習近平夫婦赴英進行為期4日的國是訪問，21日在威廉王子夫婦陪同之下，在蘭切斯特宮參與中英創意產業交流活動。對於大使吳百納是否曾被不禮貌對待，英國駐中國大使館並無回應英媒查詢，而白宮漢宮回應事件時則稱「該次國是訪問非常成功，各方緊密合作確保其順利進行。」
    英國王室與中國領導人之間，過往亦曾出現一些爭議性事件。2014年，總理李克強計劃訪問英國三日，就有報道指中方官員以取消訪問為要脅，要求英方一定要安排李克強與英女王會面。最終李克強訪英之行並無取消，而英方亦安排女王與他會晤。
