特朗普指中美談判只要「real deal」 自稱「關稅人」 美股急挫

美國總統特朗普和中國國家主席習近平，在阿根廷達成貿易戰停戰協議，美國暫緩原定在明年1月1日，將針對中國商品的額外關稅由10％提高到25％，並設下了90天談判期，若談判不成功，美國會繼續提高關稅。特朗普昨日在twitter接連發文，指美中貿易談判已展開，「我們會和中國達成真正的協議，否則就不會有任何協議（We are either going to have a REAL DEAL with China, or no deal at all）」，又提醒中國應該「立即」購買美國農產品，又稱自己是「關稅人（tariff man）」。
特朗普的表態令市場憂慮中美談判進展，杜瓊斯指數急挫800點，跌超過3％，標普500指數和納斯達克指數分別跌3.2%和3.7%。

— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) 2018年12月4日特朗普在twitter中表示，和中國的談判已經開始，會由他和習近平「非常溫暖的晚宴（very warm dinner）」後90日完結，美國貿易代表萊特希澤、財政部長努欽、白宮首席經濟顧問庫德洛、白宮貿易顧問納瓦羅將仔細研究，是否能和中國達成真正的協議，他相信習近平都希望能成功達成共識，但不要忘記，特朗普是「關稅人」，當其他國家到美國搶劫，他會令對方付出代價。
