Adobe Creative Cloud 未來只支援最新兩個版本　舊版使用者或面臨法律風險

    日前，知名電腦軟體公司 Adobe 宣布旗下 Creative Cloud 未來只會提供下載最新兩個版本的 Adobe CC 應用程式，變相強制用戶升級。Adobe 亦曾發郵件提醒用戶，指若繼續使用舊版本，「有可能面臨被第三方控告侵權索賠」。但Adobe並未說明最後更新期限的日期。
    根據Adobe官方資料，今後支援的 Photoshop 版本包括 CC 20、CC 19、CC 18.1.7；Lightroom Classic 版本包括 CC 8、CC 7、CC 6.1.4；InDesign 則有CC 14、CC 13、CC 12、CC 11、CC 10。其他產品授權版本請見：

    Adobe是次做法已造起不少用戶不便。曾參與電影《狂野時速8》後製的 Ashley Lynch 便在Twitter 上表示，工作受到一定影響，指最新版本的 Premiere 只發佈了數個月，但業界人士在進行大製作的過程中並不會更新版本，批評強制用戶升級做法荒謬。

    The new version of Premiere has been out for less than 3 months and you never upgrade to a new version when you're in the middle of a big project.

    Adobe 在twitter 上回覆用戶疑慮時表示，基於「涉及進行中的訴訟」，所以未有提及「第三方」身分。外界猜測Adobe這次做法或許與致力於影音技術開發的Dolby之間的官司有關。兩家公司曾簽訂技術許可協議，Adobe 獲准在軟件中使用 Dolby 的技術，但事後Dolby 指 Adobe 向其隱瞞銷售數量及欠付版稅，因此去年Dolby 正式起訴Adebe 侵權。換言之，若Dolby 勝訴，使用涉事的 Adobe 軟件的用戶，有可能冒上法律風險。但Adobe並未就此作出任何回應。
