「no stake」論捱轟 林鄭 FB 澄清：只係一個誤會

反送中運動持續多時，行政長官林鄭月娥上周發表「no stake」論，狠批破壞經濟的人對社會無建樹，言論引來爭議。林鄭今日於FB發帖，稱其言論被演繹成示威人士都是無建設的人，「只係一個誤會」。她又指香港你我都有份：「We all have a stake in Hong Kong！」
林鄭上周回應記者的英文提問時，表示經濟狀況對所有香港人都很重要，除非有小部分人不介意破壞香港經濟，這些人對社會無建樹。
... the economy is something very important for every one of us in Hong Kong, unless a small minority of people, as you have said, they did not mind destroying Hong Kong's economy, they have no stake in the society which so many people have helped to build, and that's why they resort to all this violence and obstructions causing huge damage to the economy and to the daily life of the people.
林鄭今日在FB澄清，相信每一個珍惜香港的人，都不忍心見到香港被摧毀，因為香港這個家你我都有份，「We all have a stake in Hong Kong！」
她又指其早前言論被演繹成認為示威人士都是 no stake 或「無建設」純屬誤會，「我當時嘅意思係除非有好少數嘅人因為覺得自己『無份』而不惜摧毀社會，香港嘅經濟發展對每一位香港人都好重要。」
