作品被 IG 移除兼接死亡恐嚇　中國異見漫畫家巴丟草斥審查

    中國異見漫畫家巴丟草昨日一幅諷刺中國政府的漫畫曾被 Instagram 移除，指該作品違反其條列。巴丟草今日發布公開信回應，反對 Instagram 審查其作品，要求恢復其作品發布，並指曾有中國「網絡水軍（網絡打手）」於其 Instagram 中留言死亡恐嚇。現時該幅遭移除的作品已重新出現在巴丟草的 Instagram 上。Instagram 母公司 Facebook 事後亦向巴丟草發電郵就事件致歉。
    昨日，巴丟草在Instagram 上傳了兩幅政治漫畫，一幅是脫下褲子的毛澤東騎在鴯鶓（又稱澳洲鴕鳥）上，一幅則騎在袋鼠上，藉此諷刺中國政府對於澳大利亞社會的滲透和危害。巴丟草指出，近日墨爾本和悉尼等澳洲重要城市接連有中國支持者在當地遊行上高唱著中國國歌、辱罵支持香港的示威者「漢姦、走狗」，更有一名澳大利亞ABC的墨爾本記者遭到愛國者的襲擊。巴丟草指畫作是想表達對中國在澳威脅影響的擔憂。

    然而，該份作品一度被 Instagram 從平台上刪除，稱作品違反其條例，但沒有具體指明是違反了哪項條例。巴丟草認為 Instagram 做法屬審查，是「對於我言論自由和創作自由的踐踏」。他強調自己已遭中國監視、審查，網絡是其藝術「唯一的發佈渠道」。
    巴丟草表示，近日其Instagram亦收到中國網絡水軍騷擾，「幾乎每日有死亡威脅出現在留言或者私信裡」。根據巴丟草的截圖，威脅訊息內容包括「如果你站在我面前，我發誓會把你的頭顱砍下」、我保證你會走向死亡，只要你在中國領土出現」等。巴丟草指他曾就收到的死亡威脅向 Instagram 進行報告，但對方「熟視無睹」，並多次回復指相關死亡威脅並無違反其條例。他最後斥責 Instagram 「審查其藝術作品，但對死亡威脅嚴重侵害言論自由卻無動於衷」。

    Instagram 母公司Facebook 後發電郵給巴丟草致歉，承認在沒有違反條例的情況下刪除其發布內容是個錯誤。但巴丟草回覆Facebook，要求對方公開就事件道歉、儘快處理死亡威脅的問題以及提供詳細報告解釋為何會發生是次錯誤。
